In our experience, the most common delays occur with large product ranges that require pricing or when we’re waiting on product photography, videos, or final copy. We do our best to minimize these delays and offer assistance whenever possible, ensuring your site is launched on time and without unnecessary hold-ups.

If we’re using an existing framework or a Shopify theme, we may occasionally reach out to the original development team for assistance. This only happens in exceptional cases where an issue arises that we can’t resolve internally and requires additional guidance.

It's very rare for your website to stop functioning. As long as you're paying the Shopify hosting fee, your site will remain active and online.

Occasionally, display issues with specific website features may arise, especially if the site is a few years old or as new devices and browsers become available.

We provide 14 to 60 days of free support for all issues, depending on your website package. After that, we offer a premium Shopify support and maintenance package to ensure ongoing peace of mind.

If you're not on a support plan and an issue occurs within the first 12 months that we can resolve quickly, we’re happy to assist at no charge. However, if the issue is caused by a third party, a staff member, a site update, or is outside of our control, we’ll investigate, explain the problem, and provide a quote for the fix.
